Wycheproof is proudly Victoria’s first ‘Rent a Farmhouse’ town

Launched in July 2009, Wycheproof is offering farmhouses to rent from $1 per week to attract community minded families ready for a ‘tree-change’ to their friendly and dynamic town.

In return for the nominal rent, families are required to renovate or maintain the farmhouse over a period of 2-3 years.  Renovation requirements are individual for each house.

There is currently one farmhouse on offer for $100 per week.  Dunkley House - a $1 per week farmhouse will be open to applications soon.
